Our Catering Packages are outlined below. They are designed to offer high quality with competitive pricing. (Rates subject to change)

Dinner or Luncheon - $43 per person

  • Bistro Dinner Menu Selections (salad, vegetable, accompaniment, 1 entrée plus locally baked rolls with butter)

  • Non-Alcoholic Beverages

  • Cutting your Wedding Cake

  • Cloth Table Linens and Non-disposable Place Settings for Guests

  • Tables and Table Linens for accessory tables (buffet, bar, cake, gifts, etc)

  • Banquet Captain, Wait Staff & Bartender for a 4 hour Reception/Cocktails

  • Set up (2 hours before reception) and Clean Up (1 hour after)

Picnic Buffet - $24 per person

  • Colorado Classic Cookout Selections (2 salads, 1 entrée, Freshly Baked Buns or Dinner Rolls; Condiment Tray with Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Ketchup, Mustard and Mayo, Baked Beans, Potato Chips; Chocolate dipped strawberries)

Select one Salad, one Vegetable, one Accompaniment and Entrees.

·        Mixed Greens topped with toasted Pine Nuts, Feta and Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

·        Garden Salad with Tomatoes, Carrots, Cucumber and Mushrooms with Creamy Ranch and Italian Vinaigrette

·        Classic Caesar Salad with Housemade Croutons and freshly grated Parmesan

VEGETABLES:

·        Steamed Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots

·        Tri-Tip Steak, specially marinated and grilled, then carved into thick slices and topped with caramelized sweet Onions and Mushrooms in a rich Burgundy Wine Sauce

·        Riviera Chicken- Grilled Lemon- Basil Chicken in a light Cream Sauce tossed with Wild Mushrooms, Parmesan Cheese, Sun-dried and Roma Tomatoes and fresh Spinach

·        Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Beef carved to order with Au Jus and Horseradish Sauce

(Minimum order of 4 dozen of each item, $1.25 are per item – We recommend sufficient quantities of each item to have at least 1 of that item per guest)

 COLD HORS D'OEUVRES MENU

·        Rustic Bruchette- Crispy Baguette slices topped with Tomatoes, Basil and Fresh Mozzarella

·        Sirloin Pinwheels- Sliced Sirloin Beef with creamy Herb Boursin and Red Pepper rolled in a Flour Tortilla

·        Smoked Salmon Pinwheels- Smoked Atlantic Salmon with fresh Dill and Roasted Peppers in a Tortilla Roulade

·        Chicken Sate- Chicken skewers rolled in Chinese Five Spice, seared and drizzled with Honey. Served with tangy Peanut Sauce

WARM HORS D'OEUVRES MENU

·   Mushroom Caps- Roasted Mushrooms filled with Italian Sausage and Herbs or Spinach and Feta Cheese

·   Asiago and Artichoke Cheese Bites- Puffed Pastry filled with a creamy blend of Asiago Cheese and diced Artichoke Hearts

·   Spanikopita- Spinach and Feta baked in Phyllo Dough

·   Mini Crab Cakes with Chili-Lime Aioli- Half-dollar sized Crab Cakes served with Chili-Lime Sauce

  • $1000 in food and beverage charge for dinners and luncheons

  • $500 in food and beverage for picnics and brunches

OTHER TERMS

  • No Outside Food may be Served without prior written permission except for your Wedding Cake

  • $250 deposit to reserve date

  • 50% of anticipated charges due 4 weeks prior to function

  • Guaranteed Attendance and Balance of charges are due 10 days prior to Wedding

  • Cash, Checks, MasterCard, Visa and American Express welcome

  • Children 0-2 free; Children 3-8 at 20% discount (for buffet meals & picnics)

When you are planning that perfect wedding, select a caterer with experience and a reputation for quality -- Jubilations Catering. They provide competitive prices, artistic presentations, a friendly staff, and exceptionally fresh, delicious food.

Will your event be stand-up or sit-down? Will the food be served buffet-style or plated? How much food do you need to serve? Create a menu to fit your needs from the choices provided. Once you select your menu, they will take care of the delivery, setup, wait staff, and clean up. You won't be charged for equipment, cake cutting, corkage, planning, or carvers. They provide insured, fully trained bartenders at an hourly rate.
