The following are our regular discounts on lodging. (See Restrictions below.)

• 5% for AARP, Seniors
• 5% for AAA
• 10% for Active or Retired Military Personnel
• 10% for University of Colorado Parents & Visitors

Note: Sales Tax is only 4.90% with no lodging tax. That’s 5% discount over many other lodging choices!

Group Deals

• Group Lodging Reservations – 10% discount for reserving 10 or more units.

Wedding Deals

• Military Wedding Special: 10% discount on a Wedding Package if the bride or groom is Active Military.

Restrictions

• Special deals and discounts do not apply during Rocky Grass and Folks Festivals.
• Discounts and special deals may not be combined.

Internet Bookings

For discounts, specials or if you have pets. Please Call to make your reservation, if you would like to take advantage of any currently running discounts or specials or if you have pets. The online system does not calculate these discounts or additional charges. Otherwise, if you mention a discount or pet, it will be accounted at check in and your balance will be adjusted accordingly. If you leave a note on the booking screens that you want a AAA discount or are bringing a pet, for example, we will attempt to calculate exact charges in your original booking.
