Group Discount - There is a 10% discount for
reservations of 3 or more rooms and/or cabins for the same time period.
(Except during Festivals.). There is a 15% discount for reserving all 21
units. |

Deposit/Cancellation/Balance -
Reserving All 21 Units - A 50%
non-refundable deposit is due at reservation time. The total
non-refundable balance is due 30 days before the first arrival day.
This is considered as booking the entire property for exclusive use of your
group.
If your reservation drops to fewer than 21 units, you will no longer have
exclusive use of the property and your discount will be recalculated to 10%.
If the deposit has been paid by the Group Coordinator and then a unit is
paid for in full by a particular guest, then the portion of the deposit for
that unit may be rebated to the Group Coordinator by check within 2 to 4
weeks after the event. Regardless of any rebates to the Group Coordinator,
Stone Mountain Lodge will retain at least $100 for this service.
Reserving Fewer Than 21 Units -
A 50% deposit is due at reservation time. A ny
unit cancelled by the group or group member, 60 or more days before
arrival, has a 25% cancellation fee (1/2 of the deposit) for that unit.
Any unit with a reduction in the length of
stay by the group or group member, 60 or more days before arrival has a
25% cancellation fee (1/2 of the deposit) for the nights reduced for that
unit. For any unit cancelled by the group or group member, within 60 days of
arrival, the entire deposit is forfeit. The balance of payment is due on or
before arrival.
Your Group Coordinator may make a
deposit for the entire group reservation or individual group members may
make their own deposits. Whoever makes the deposit will be responsible for
the balance of payment. Your accommodations will not be reserved until
deposits are received. |

Additions - Adding units and/or days may be
made (subject to availability) at any time with the same rules. |

Check in Time
for Lodging - Please be aware that Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is
11:00 am. Arrangements for early check-in or late check-out must be made in
advance, but may not be possible during busy times. You may be able to use
the property before check-in with prior arrangement, please inquire.
Early check-in or late check-out may be
available at the manager's discretion and are subject to the timely availability of
that particular unit. |

Pet Policy - We accept well-behaved pets except
in cabins 17, 19 or 20 for an additional $15/pp/night. Please let us know if
a member of your group will bring their four-legged companion. |

Alcohol -If
you are having an event that uses the Reception Tent or you have guests that
are not staying at Stone Mountain Lodge and Cabins, you
must hire a licensed/insured bartender to serve alcoholic drinks. All alcohol
must be poured by the bartender and the bartender must not serve someone who
is obviously inebriated. You may not have a cash bar. |

Number of Guests - at the time you make your
group reservation, please let us know, as best as you can, the number of
adults and children that will be in each unit. |

Outside Guests - The invitation of guests that
are not lodging at Stone Mountain Lodge must be arranged with Stone Mountain
Lodge in advance. If alcohol is served at the Pool or Pond areas, you will
need a professional bartender. |

Cleaning/Damage Deposit - The group may be
charged a $500 deposit depending on their intended use of the property,
Reception tent rental, etc. We expect groups to treat the property with
respect and be responsible for cleaning up after themselves in the various
outside areas. Grounds and facilities cleanup by Stone Mountain staff will
be charged at $75/hour. After these hours and any damages are subtracted
from the deposit, the remainder will be returned to the group within 2 weeks
of their departure. |

No smoking is allowed in any unit. A $100 fine
will be charged for non compliance. |
