Meet Our New Event Coordinator

Shane Flanagan

Shane Flanagan is our young, energetic and eager Event Coordinator.

A native New Yorker Shane has a fast paced “get it done” work ethic coupled with a calm down to earth attitude better suited for Colorado. Shane studied event production and business at a Full Sail University, a private school in Florida where he excelled in the technical and artistic aspects of event production as well as developing a strong business sense and customer service skills.

In the time since graduation he has continued to learn and grow within the hospitality, and entertainment industries to refine a skill set aimed at creating memorable moments and smiles. “My main goal here at the Stone Mountain Lodge and Cabins is too use all my resources, positive attitude and genuine appreciation for your special event to translate your vision flawlessly. The planning process should be far more fun than stressful and I’m here to ensure that.“ Shane is your go-to-guy for any and all questions and concerns from the beginning of the planning process to the end of your event.

Busy Bees in 2012!

Busy is good right?! We think so! We’re off and running in 2012 here at Stone Mountain Lodge! We’re keeping busy with tons of wedding tours, several newly booked weddings, and lots of new guests joining us for a few days to a month, or even longer! We love seeing the new faces all over property and are having a blast meeting all the new couples interested in Stone Mountain Lodge for their wedding. We’re ready for an amazing year and can’t wait to continue meeting everyone that joins us here at Stone Mountain Lodge in 2012! Happy New Year!!

Meet Our New Event Sales Manager

Bonnie Becker

Bonnie Becker is a 2008 graduate of Colorado State University and a 2011 graduate from the University of Northern Colorado with a Master’s degree in Communication Studies.

In July 2009, Bonnie married her best friend. She and husband, Mica, share a home with their two dogs in Fort Collins. In her free time, Bonnie enjoys Crossfit, painting, and history.

She has worked with Carrie in the past and has a great deal of experience in event coordination. With a background in teaching, marketing, and event coordination, Bonnie is excited to put her skill to work at Stone Mountain Lodge.

2012 Spring Bridal Open House

We will be kicking off our 2012 Wedding Season with our annual Spring Bridal Open House. The date and details are not set yet, so keep posted for more info. We always have some of our top caterers and other vendors, music, property tours and more!
