The “Wedding at the Barn” is Easy, Fun and Economical

The Banquet Barn up until recently housed Oskar Blues brewing operation! Yes, it’s an old barn in downtown Lyons that happens to be right next door to the restaurant. It is its own building, and not just a separate area of the restaurant. It offers a great way to have a fun time, do something different, and stay within your budget.

Oskar Blues supplies the food and liquor for your event at the Banquet Barn. The food is great, and if you are a fan of brewpub crafted beer, “OB” is one of the leaders!

Stone Mountain Event staff will support your ceremony and reception to make sure that all goes smoothly with little effort on your part.

Your guests will have a great time, and they can stay the night at Stone Mountain Lodge too! It’s perfect for your out of town guests, but it makes it even more fun for locals too. There is a 15% lodging discount if your wedding party books 3 or more units.

Oh, did we mention the Blues Bus? This is available to transport your overnight guests from Stone Mountain Lodge. It’s just a 2 mile ride, but becomes part of the event. It just adds to the fun!

Here’s How Your “Wedding at the Barn” Works

Package Price: $1,500 (up to 35 guests; Available Nov 1 through April 15 only)

This package is ideal for winter weddings. It includes your ceremony in the Banquet Barn, or a stand-up ceremony at the Stone Mountain Arbor, plus a cool reception at the Banquet Barn

Additional

  • Extra Guests $12.99/person (subject to change based on Oskar Blues charges)
  • Cash Bar or Open Bar (Additional charges)
  • Soft Drinks – $1 per can
  • Gratuity – Add 18% Gratuity for Oskar Blues Catering
  • Other – There are No Menu Substitutions

Payments, Etc

  • Officiate – The cost and selection of an officiate is not included – please check our Preferred Vendors list for a recommendation.
  • Sales Tax – 4.75% (subject to change) for the Package Price and appropriate sales tax on extra guests and bar.
  • Deposit - To book your event for a specific date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is taken.
  • Balance - The non-refundable balance is due 10 days before your event.
  • Gratuities – gratuities for Stone Mountain Staff are Not Include
