Ideas for Your Outdoor Wedding at Stone Mountain Lodge and Cabins

Colorado conjures up images of mountains and the outdoors. In combining the exhilaration of the outdoors, with the beauty of a wedding, the most vivid memories will naturally be created. And, the outdoors also opens up many unique and creative wedding ideas.

There are many wedding ideas that can come true at Stone Mountain Lodge and Cabins, especially since you have the whole day! Your wedding can be simple, or it can be elaborate. It can be informal, or it can be elegant. The most important thing is that it is fun, and something special to you.

It is far more exciting to plan an outdoor wedding and reception. For outdoor weddings, there can be fewer rules, and more room to think outside the box. A bluegrass wedding barbecue, or a pond side garden wedding with a string quartet, just doesn’t have the same pizzazz in a banquet hall. Indoor weddings are assumed to be more formal. Whereas, for outdoor affairs there are no assumptions.

Make it Your Wedding

Weddings vary as much as people do. And sometimes it gets difficult to try and satisfy all. An outdoor wedding already sets the mood to expect the unexpected. And since this is something you are considering, it can help you create a wedding that is uniquely you. Enjoy exploring some of the ideas we put together, and think about how you can include your unique tastes and interests. Make it fun. Make it your wedding!
